Our team at E.M. Snow Inc. recently completed this full, exterior remodel. These homeowners reached out to our team looking to replace nearly every facet of their home’s exterior, including their roof, siding, windows, entry door & gutters! This project was enormous, and the homeowners were thrilled when we had finished the project, but it took a long time to get there. Let’s explore the project, and what our team did to complete this exterior remodel!

First off, the homeowner’s old shingle roof was failing, and needed to be replaced. They wanted an economical roofing option that will still provide their home with plenty of curb appeal, and we were happy to be able to offer them our CertainTeed shingle options. They decided to install a subtle Pewterwood, which looks fantastic! After we had replaced the roof, we got to work on the siding. Their old vinyl siding was looking worn and outdated, and they wanted something that would withstand everything New England has to offer! After a bit of discussion, these homeowners decided the best course of action would be to use James Hardie Fiber Cement. The Gray Slate color they chose is the perfect complement to the home’s new roof!

Additionally, we replaced the windows, entry door, and shutters on the home. For the window replacements, the homeowners chose to go local with a number of white, vinyl double-hung Harvey Windows, which look great and stand out from the gray siding, and the black shutters we paired them with. Lastly, they installed a black Therma-Tru Entry door to bring the home’s exterior together.
