I hired E.M. Snow to install a new Certainteed Landmark Pro architectural shingle roof on my house and 2 car garage in Somerville MA. My existing roof was approximately 26 years old and was on the verge of needing replacement so we decided to do it sooner rather than later. After receiving several proposals from other contractors I found them to be the best choice for us. They were a pleasure to deal with and did an outstanding job on the roof. They matched the aluminum rake trim on the back of the house, and I had them do some additional repairs to some damaged siding at the house and I was very happy with all of the work, as they were able to make all of it match what was on the house. They took the time to do it right and cleaned up after themselves, as if they were never there.
I am very pleased with all aspects of my roof project from the great customer service, advising me, the actual job, the timely manner that it took and the pleasantness and knowledge of all the members of the E.M. Snow team!
My first experience with E.M. Snow was in 1980 when I was 9 years and they resided my parents house. When I grew up and became a homeowner I called them to give an estimate on my roof, they were the 3rd estimate a received and the least expensive by $1800 (even cheaper than the “new guy” that wanted to “establish” himself). I would say E.M. Snow exceeded my expectations, the roof looked great and my property was left SPOTLESS! I have recommended E.M. Snow to several friends, all will tell you the same thing I am telling you- great service, great price. Next up, letting them reside my house Which they have already given me an exceptional estimate! (before i wrote this review)
