The homeowners reached out to us in need of a variety of exterior remodeling services, including a new roof, deck & siding. Our team was happy to help them tackle the project! We met with the homeowners to discuss the scope of their exterior remodeling needs and decide what materials they wanted to use.
For their siding replacement, the homeowners decided they wanted to install a siding material that would help boost their home’s curb appeal while also keeping their home protected from the elements. They decided on installing beautiful new CertainTeed Cedar Impressions siding in Granite Gray. The new siding looks fantastic and the homeowners are thrilled with how it has boosted their home’s curb appeal!
Next, for the homeowners deck, they decided to install new AZEK Decking, as well as AZEK Premier Railings & PVC Trim. The new decking looks great!
Finally, the homeowners wanted to install a roof over their porch to cover their new deck, and we discussed our wide array of roofing materials with the homeowners. They only needed to install the roof over their porch, which meant that our team had to try our best to match the existing shingles. For that reason we used GAF Timberline Architectural shingles to match what they had on their home.
The finished home looks great, and the homeowners were very happy with the boost in curb appeal and functionality that their new roofed porch has added to their home!
